Product application

The production line adopts an energy-saving single-screw extruder; the molding machine has a gear transmission module and a die plate for excellent product cooling, which ensures high-speed molding, uniform corrugation, and smooth inner and outer pipe walls.
It is widely used in automobile wires, electric threading pipes, machine tool circuits, lamp wire protection pipes, air conditioning pipes and washing machine pipes.

Detail Information

1. Single Screw Extruder

Mainly use SJ45 or SJ65 extruder ,which can keep a stable output and save the energy. The SJ45 extruder for making 9-32mm diameter corrugated tube, and SJ65 extruder for making 32-110mm.The L/D can be different when you need different output. The max stable output can reach 120kg/h.

1. Corrugated Tube Molding Machine

This machine is used to shape the corrugated pipe. The mould can be discharged and changed. Corrugated tube diameter is decided by the mould, so if you want to process different diameter, you should change different mould. Our factory can also provide you with the mould.

1. Cooling Machine

It is used to reel in and packing of corrugated pipe. With electric control system it can control reeling speed accurately. And it can also control the size of reeling. It is very convenient for discharging. This machine also is widely used in other soft pipe making lines.
