1.Single Screw Extruder
The extrusion screw is made of 38CrMoAlA, which has been nitrided and has high strength, high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The screw structure is an equidistant gradual structure. The special feeding method of air cooling and water cooling is adopted in the feeding stage, which has high strength and large output.

2.Double column screen changer
The screen changer adopts the patented pressure-driven rigid sealing technology, which prevents leakage and prolongs the service life. The sealing interval can be automatically compensated with the use process to meet the high temperature and high pressure production.

Horizontal water ring system

The surface of the runner is nitrided and polished, automatic compensation of gap between blade and die face. Unique rotating water flow prevents cooling water from splashing on the die surface.The parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel 304
